Hey gang... if anyone is still out there... =)

Just wanted to let everyone know we are alive!!! It's taken me a while to get things settled back in after the wedding. Everything is going well here, we are finally getting back to normal life!!!

I actually got a promotion at work. Starting tomorrow, I am office manager of an entire family care doctor's office. My supervisor is hiring new techs, receptionists, etc and I'm supposed to train them the way I want things done. I'm still responsible for all the patient accounts, medical coding, insurance billing, etc. It will be quite a job... but I look forward to it. It keeps me busy, that's for sure!!!

I'm starting to make friends at church too. There is a group of college age girls who are getting together and starting a new ministry at church. We are going to start mentoring to the high school girls! I'm so excited. I've always had a heart for middle school aged and early high school aged girls. I feel the need to protect them from so much I guess. I've decided to be a part of this ministry, and to mentor to young girls, hopefully 3 or 4 will be in my group. I'm so excited!!! The other college ages girls are really nice too.. we all met at a coffee shop last thursday to get to know each other better. It was fun. =) (it wasn't Kristen and Linzy with Sweet Teas at McAlister's, but it's the closest thing I can get out here)

To all you Oklahoma people.. I miss you all dearly. Please write me, whether it's just a comment on here, or an email, or write me a real letter and send it in snail mail! I need to hear from you all, I miss you sooo much.

One of the best things someone did for us for a wedding present was from Abbi and the Life Group. I had told her a long time ago that I was lonely here and needed familiar faces. She proceeded to take pictures of allt he life groupers, and make magnets out of them!! Now on our refridgerator here I have abbi, giovanny, kenny, aaron, amanda, jenn, chris c, chris o, and kim! =) It makes me happy.

Hello friends!! So thanks for all who threw in their 2 cents about John Cusack movies. I recently watched runaway jury again.. so good! I will be enjoying Hi Fidelity later this week =)

So I'm coming home on THURSDAY!!! HOORAY! I'm so excited. I'll be home for 10 days before the wedding. I'm getting married in 14 days, holy cow.

Everything here is still the same, nothing exciting to write about. It's sunday afternoon, so I'm usually bored on sunday afternoons. I'll probably read for a while and work on a puzzle. =)

Hi friends!!! SO I've already slacked off with the new Xanga. =/ Oh well. Things have been hectic here!!!

Here's the quick update! I'll be coming home to prepare for the wedding in just over a week!!! I'll be MARRIED in 20 days! AAAAHHH!!! I'm so excited, I can't wait!

So.. I've been on a Cusack kick.. Anyone have "favorite Cusack" movies to suggest??? I've recently seen Say Anything, Serendipity, Must Love Dogs, and Runaway Jury.

Everything here is pretty good. My job is wonderful.. I'm actually really liking it. I still don't have any friends though =/ So pray that I can make some girl friends. Nathan is wonderful, but he's all I got out here. I just need a girl who wants to go have coffee every now and then, or to to the mall, or ANYTHING. I don't know any girls. The girls at church are either quite a bit younger or quite a bit older than me. We're thinking about going to another church this coming weekend, in addition to our church. Maybe I can make friends there.

Other than that, everything has been great out here! I'm really homesick, but I'll be home soon. I love you all! I will get new pictures up soon (not like I've been gone that long!!) haha. Miss you guys

Moved!!!

Hi friends!!!

Just wanted to update everyone on what's going on! I've cleaned out my xanga and I plan on using this one from now on. I will try to update weekly, and post pictures too.

I'm now in Murfreesboro Tennessee and I'm loving it. It is absolutely beautiful here. I'm making friends at church, and I just landed a temporary job to last me until I find something else. It is in a medical billing office here in Murfreesboro. They said as long as they like me and I like them it could turn into a full time position after the wedding. I'm still going to look for a job in publishing or technical writing, but if I need to hang on to this one, I'm willing to do that too!

Nathan's church out here is awesome.. it's called Christian Life Church. We are actually getting ready to go to a dinner tonight with many couples in the church. We start our marriage counseling this coming week! I'm so excited!!!

I'll be here in Tennessee for another 4 weeks, then I'm coming home to get things ready for the wedding, which is October 15th. Hope to see you all there!!! Love you guys and miss you so much!!! Come back and visit me here; I love hearing from all of you!!! Be Blessed!!!
